I recently purchased a BMW X5 Competition from BMW of Toledo and had a wonderful experience working with Mike Ekchenguer. Mike was incredibly helpful and very responsive giving the fact I reside in New Jersey and entire transaction took place over the phone. He made sure the entire process was smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain all the features, send videos and was always available if i had any questions or concerns. It was a great pleasure working with Mike and I highly recommend him.

After I had inadvertently left a personal item in a loaner car he immediately called me and went well out of his way to personally return it to my home, even calling me later in the day to make sure I had received it. This was my first time ever purchasing a car on the internet that I have never seen or even had the chance to go and check it out. I was very nervous and skeptical doing business this way. I searched the internet for months until the car I wanted in the right spec finally showed up. It was located in Ohio at BMW of Toledo. I called and spoke to Clay the salesman and from the first initial call to the day the transport truck showed up, he was very professional and courteous. He kept in contact with me every step of the way and sent me countless photos and videos of the car to ease my fears. The car was flawless and was exactly as described. To my surprise there were no stories or hidden things that wasn't mentioned. Any concerns I had the team at BMW of Toledo didn't hesitate to address it right away.This isn't my first BMW and I have dealt with a lot of BMW dealerships here on the east coast and by far these guys are honestly the best dealership I have ever dealt with considering I wasn't even in the state to view the car or even test drive it. In fact, after bringing my wife's BMW here - I got rid of my Mercedes, bought a BMW for myself, and am now a satisfied customer. ---------- 1/31/26 Update - It has been years since my last review. I felt it necessary to reiterate my overall satisfaction and happiness with the sales and service at Yark BMW. The dealership has never given me any reason to consider going anywhere else.
